★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been travelling recently and this is the first supermarket that wouldn't allow groceries to be bagged at checkout. Why??? Also got beetroot and feta salad at the deli and on opening not 1 smidgen of feta. Very unimpressed. This is the worst New World I have ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product range considering its remote location. Unfortunately customer service is non existent in this store. Lady at the deli the night I was there seemed to be having a bad day and was very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked and clean. Helpful staff. It would be helpful to visitors if the notices telling you what is in each isle were at both ends not just at the front. I swear I walked several extra kms searching for what I wanted. Most supermarkets that I have been to have the information at both ends of the isle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent supermarket in such a remote area. Very big, you can find anything you need in there. I wouldnt say its cheap cause its definitely not cheap but not hugely expensive. A lot of choices available. Alcohol choices is decent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located in Turangi, lots of free parking directly outside. Well laid out with Deli and Alcohol sections. Some things quite pricey but has stock of most brands you'd expect to find. Will pack your groceries but charge .29c per paper bag. Only supermarket in town next closes on is in Taupo. There is a smaller convenient store in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop. Could not use our own bags. Albeit we would have packed them ourselves!! Had to take groceries out to the vehicle and then remove them from trolleys ..... What is the difference?? Getting beyond a joke.
