โ โ โ โ โ Didn't have the products I wanted. Pam's original mashed potatoes and a tirimusu in every other new world I have been too. A lovely man cleaning the freezer made a big effort to help. The front desk customer service people were impatient and dismissive. Short changed a bonus sticker as was another customer. Reluctantly given to us and we were 'at fault' for not showing the receipt? Huh aren't they supposed to look at it. Needs some major customer service training.

โ โ โ โ โ Not my favorite NW mostly due to the rediculous speedbumps in the parking lot. New World's are generally small. Consequently, brand choice is limited. Fruit always appears to look better than elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ The only supermarket in the Churton Park village area. Reasonably big and well stocked supermarket. Very tidy, well maintained and nicely presented. You can find quality products specifically fresh fruits and vegetables.
The parking area is huge and never gets fully utilized most of the times so parking is easy all the times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bakery items and Wines are also available.
They provide click and collect and there are couple of dedicated pickup slots. There is an ATM just Infront of the supermarket in case you are interested.

โ โ โ โ โ Not very friendly, appear's to be an inconvenience on staff to serve you... and above all else don't forget your clubcard as unlike every other store iv'e been to, who will use the store card for you, this store apparently "doesn't have one", so you will pay FULL PRICE for everything... ???
Would definatly NOT shop at this store EVER again... Countdown Johnsonville is my store of choice for future shopping in this area.....

โ โ โ โ โ Yes, definitely on the best supermarkets I have been to; uncovential layout and very pretty. Nicely connected to Churton Park Village, which looks to me more like a holiday resort than a suburb.

Used to be quite loyal to my old one.
Well that's changed now. Great service, lots of space and prices are actually pretty good.
