★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly host, lots of space to pitch a tent. Kitchen is fully equipped, but can get crowded. Use the bathroom in block 7, the other block is pretty old! Payed 19$ per person per night, which is a bit pricey. Nothing special, but okay for an overnight stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice place, very clean and comfortable, the owner of the place was very kind and he also helped us to arrange the shuttle to the Tongariro crossing trek. I would defiantly recommend this place!

My Husband and I did not pre-book our stay, it was a last minute decision, and what a great decision that was.
What a wonderful place.
The unit was totally wheelchair friendly, easy access into the unit, bathroom set up to perfection, great height for the loo, shower etc. Great bonus was all cups and other crockery was easily accessible not in high cupboards that you can't get anything out.
The Owner/Guy who checked us in could not have made us feel more welcome, it was like being greeted by a friend.
We will definately stay here again without hesitation and encourage anyone who is in a wheelchair to stay here as well. Just Brilliant.
