★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NZ Couriers needs to get a new driver for the Maleme Street run in the morning and early afternoon as the two they have are unprofessional, rude and always auguring either with themselves or to themselves. Get someone that enjoys their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank the team for their friendly co-operative manner and service. In that role abuse is probably the most common occurrence. I had my chilled parcel picked up on Monday afternoon and delivered to Cromwell at 10:00am today Tuesday 13th July. That ladies is pretty awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last six months it has been rare when I have not had to repeatedly phone to get parcels picked up. Used to be good. Poor Kim in the office is so polite given she must receive countless complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is no ZERO rating, as this is what they deserve. 10 days, still nothing...just excuses..Covid, Christmas blah, blah blah,. This is totally unacceptable. There is no excuse for inefficiency. Its about time Kiwi's demanded better service as this complacency is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent 12 items 11 were delivered - one damaged ?? - no detail no photos no advice until I queried where it was - no recompense offered as it was hand made but a quality item for Christmas that didn't have a receipt - customer service was really poor

I think the woman who spoke to me said her name was Jess, my hearing isn't the best. She was absolutely amazing, pleasant and helpful and very quickly sorted out my queries. Thank you so much to
actually speak to someone rather than some answer phone made my day ?.

Tossed the parcel at me. Management wake up.
Went to collect parcel and while waiting heard office staff using offensive language. 1 Star is even over rated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this useless NZ courier at all. They don't know the value of a legal documents. They just lost my son's passport.. Come on its from immigration how in the world you just leave it on the letter box without someone signing? Absolutely horrible service if you have less than a zero stars I will go for it...
