β β β β β Went here a few days ago with my mum and stood there for about 5 minutes. The staff noticed us and I begun to ask if we could get something when the man (the manager I suppose) turned away and ignored us. Eventually we were served but this was the most disappointing customer service experience Iβve had in a while.

β β β β β New Zealand Natural Albany branch has the friendliest and most accommodating staffs amongst the other branches. Often times the queue is long but I salute how they handle the pressure with grace, always serving customers with courtesy and smile.
NZ Natural ice creams are very creamy and less sugary compared to others. They also have quite a variation on how they put their sweets altogether. Definitely a must-try especially during hot days - summer!!!

β β β β β Terrible customer service. It was around 8.45, 15 minutes before they close. I ordered fruit fIo, the lady was staring at me with very angry look. At that point I realise they might have already cleaned the machine. If the lady explain this to me, I would definitely change my order. But instead, she decided to gave me her angry face and the fruit flo, which make me to decide never go back again. I feel very sorry for the business owner to have hired her to serve their customers.

β β β β β This store had many flavours I'd like to try. I tried the matcha green tea and was not that surprised by the taste. It tasted like any green tea ice cream you could get from the supermarket.

β β β β β It's a totally waste of money..today 2/9/17 sat I bought mango tango smoothie no ice ..and the lady was arguing with me than finally she ready to make without ice but she gave me only 3/4 cup of smoothie.this is totally expectable and than she said u want without ice so I can't put more other stuff instead of ice...and I was like what ???!!!!
My experience is very bad and she made my day very bad in the morning....??????? And it's expensive too but not worth m really v angry...they take full money and give half cup smoothies in so plz when u guys buy your stuff plz check inside ..the smoothie was up to N only where my thumb is...
