★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a very BAD experience in store. I bought some gifts from there and asked the staff to gift wrap it. They rejected saying it is already in a package. So I asked if it is ok to give me the paper I’ll wrap it myself, got rejected again. Immediately after I paid, another customer were offered with a beautiful gift box in front of me- even though we spent the same amount of money. The is UNFAIR, just because I’m an asian doesn’t mean it is ok to be treated differently. Will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an unpleasant experience at this store! I bought an almond milk concentrate today. After I paid for it, I found an almond gift package which just 7 dollars more than buy milk concentrate only! So I went to the counter to check if I can change it to the package and the sales said no! However, she was the one who helped me at first, and she didn't even tell me they have such a good package or any of their deals for boxing day!
Last year I bought a lot from your shop because the sales ladies were so nice! The shop was very busy and they still can look after every one and gave reliable recommendations. Such a big difference of this year. Very disappointed
