★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor. We stated there were 2 adults and 1 child, however when we turned up there was only 1 queen bed and no single for the child. This was not suitable for us and we had to find a room elsewhere. We were charged the full price despite being told our money would be refunded if the room was let out again. When we checked the website later that night it said no vacancy however our money was not refunded as stated. Will never recommend anyone go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Was going to be the first time staying here, and after my experience on the phone i do not recommend to anyone. I got a very rude arrogant man on the line.
So i made a booking online, my old card details were saved already online and went through to the confirmation that i had booked but did not realise it was my old card until to late. So i was ringing to ask about that i still wanted my room but i needed to update my card details. While on the phone to this man, i got an email saying it had been cancelled! All fine of course due to it being my old card! But while trying to speak and say i would still like the room still can i update my card details this selfish man goes on to say very rudely. Your booking has been cancelled can you book somewhere else, very rude and abruptly. No explanation to why and just hangs up.
Never experienced such rudeness before. I think this man needs to work on or even better yet go to a course to learn how to speak to people in a professional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a room with the bath and had a wondering stay there for two days :) late check in and it was awesome that someone had stayed up for us as we came from Auckland :) very friendly and was allowed to park trailer on the grass which most motels would consider extra charging but not this motel ❤
Very clean and quiet ! Also had friendly neighbors to talk to as well :)
My first time to have a cleaner to come to my door asking if I needed anything and she was so helpful and wonderful!
Amazing stay and wished I was back in that room as I miss this motel.
Just need the fujisu remote to be fixed and that was it :) thank you Newland Courts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly horrible hotel. Not just the fact it seems to have "emergency housing" dodgy guests, but the bathroom had black mold everywhere, which is just disgusting and a simple cleaning issue. For $170 a night it is one of the biggest rip offs ever. Literally anywhere is better than this hotel.
