★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The asian lady at the counter this afternoon was rude and unprofessional. On requesting rate for USD she provided a rate which was incorrect. On checking the calculation on the rate as indicated on the display board she was rude to provide any answer. Not giving a correct rate can change your mind.

And i was waiting for him to finish his break which was more than half an hour until he came back!! Thats so unprofessional!
