Went there to send money with mum and was verbally abused and humiliated by that ugly looking staff. we've been always going to chartwell branch and the lady there as well as guy with specs have been very friendly and helpful. This was the first time we got served by this new lady who was shouting to us on top of her voice and humiliating us in front of people passing by. We were even told by her that she doesn't want to serve us. Someone should teach this particular staff manners to deal with customers. Ridiculous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place first time to send money. upon arriving, short lady sitting there refused to serve us when asked her to explain us the process. We got told off by her in rude arrogant tone that she is busy(no other customer was there at that point of time) Extremely unprofessional and arrogant behavior. Thanks to other lady who asked us to move to her side and she provided excellent service and made transfer easy for us.
