★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse experience ever!!! the girl who attended me burned my hair, then she got angry because of my complain , she treated me as a liar and that I was to blame for having very fine hair ... she yelled at me on the phone , very unprofessional. She did the worst balayage I have ever seen in my life (every year for more than 5 years that I do it). They gave me an appointment to fix it it, and I really appreciate the customer service over the phone, but I still needed more sessions because my hair was horribly burned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire team at Vivo Hair Chartwell are incredible. Alescha is my godsend and accommodated me beyond expectation which I continue to see her do for all those who walk through the doors. She listens to everything you say and is an artist in her own right when it comes to hair. Definitely someone you can trust to feel amazing every visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fabulous 1st experience at vivo Chartwell particularly with Stacey who fixed my god awful hair.
I’ve always had long hair after a messy home job I lost so much hair, it was matted and fully breaking away!!!! It was that bad I didnt think anyone could fix it.
I was so wrong, Stacey was amazing her recommendations were on point and I loved the outcome. I went short, 1st time ever and fell in love with the cut and colour!!!
Stacey made me feel comfortable right way through the process. She also brings her own personal touch by sharing a little about herself (love that vibe). Also want to shout out to Dakota and Hope, thank you both for the fudge and just for being kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 10+years of being to scared to change my look, i went into to VIVO Chartwell and spoke to Hope. Hope listened to what i wanted and produced Amazing results. I was really nervous about the whole experience but Hope exceeded my expectations!! Hope was very attentive as i was very anxious and made me feel super comfy and safe to put my hair in her hands! If you have Dark hair and want to go blonde i highly recommend Hope and the team at Vivo Chartwell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing hairdresser! Eden was my hairdresser/Stylist and she was wonderful! Great banter was a major positive, but she also gave my hair a new lease of life. I went in with a scarecrows nest and left with the softest, silkiest hair I've ever had. Not to mention a new cut that shaved years off of my age. All the hairdressers here seemed to be exceptional at their jobs and all so kind and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough. I have a fear of hairdressers, however this, completely eliminated that fear.
