★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Our food (hotdogs) were stale and the customer service lacked. The only redeeming factors were the decor and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A variety of craft beer options and best kumara fries in town. Try their slow-cooked short rib beef which takes 6hrs to cook and you’ll fall in love with it for sure.
The chef whose name is Pranav is professional and skilled in grilling meat. We come here basically once a week to grab some beers and food.
Worth going for their fantastic flavor, reasonable price and excellent customer service.
The young waitress who just served our table tonight (think her name is Heidi) is enthusiastic about her job and good at talking to customers. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually have great Apple and feijoa smoothiea and great range of burgers and beers. However in my last trip the porkbelly in my burger was very chewy and dry as well as missing its pickles. I mentioned it and I dont believe it's a regular occurrence. Definitely will try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliably good burgers in The Eatery at Eastridge. Tried a vege burger for a change and the best part was the wholegrain bun. Most burgers have buns that are too soft, but I like some texture. Might have to see if they’ll do a beef burger with a whole grain bun! For the record, the beef burger is good anyway. Particularly if you like a chargrill flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if new owners as there is no longer table service, burger patty was half the old size, chips at $9 were half size and bun was burnt on bottom. Very expensive meal at $27. Won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lamb kebab, wasnt in any bread which surprised me but still pretty good, my partner had the hotdog, worst ever, stale bun and old sausage, she would know she is a trained chef with 20 years experience. Service was non existent had to walk around to the counter to order, she was chatting with back to the bar, was told "I was coming round to get your order" yeah nah. Not recommended. Spend your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 experience tonight!!! SUCH GOOD GOURMET BURGERS! Was really impressed with the chef in particular who was very good checking with me about ingredients as I’m pregnant and requested no mayo. The pork belly burger he made me was so delicious! And my friend loved his beef & egg burger - cooked exactly how he liked it. We’ll be back and will recommend you to others.
