โ โ โ โ โ shocking customer service been ringing the chemist for urgent meds every 5 mins since 9am its now 11.05am no 1 answers the ph and hang up on u .... i then ring the shop and they do the same .... can we plse hav a complaints process .... b 4 i die would b gd as well ....

โ โ โ โ โ Disgusting customer service, the cashier, mature lady spent time after finishing the procedure for charging the lady in front of us talking and talking with that lady that evident didn't care that we are waiting with a small child. The cashier employee stimulate the non-sense talking, ignoring us. Hello Countdown management!- we need people with empathy and respect!
