★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person that served me today was so rude and asking personal questions while mentioning that repeats are to be picked up on a weekly basis (unfortunately my daughters medication is set to last 4 days for personal reason. I came in yesterday to order it so what’s the problem? Plus they never pick up their phone, for someone that lives out of town, that makes it more difficult for our situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep changing their closing hours. Went there tonight while there were four people still working but they told me they were closed and wouldn’t give me my prescription order that was already made up!
Very uncaring!!
Not the first time I’ve found them to be uncaring and rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly giving me incorrect medication or missing some of it and not warning me first.
Yeah my prescription is free but that shouldn't affect their service. It took 6 minutes to get through on the phone and I called at 9am. When they answered I was told they were still opening. If your opening hours are 9am -6pm then you should be ready to answer the phone at 9am.
