In order to setup the speaker I went to the shop and one of the staff told me , they can't help to set up the speaker and I need to find my own way to fix it .The worst customer experience in my life. Horrible service

He saved all the pics from one phone and transferred everything from my phone without a hitch. Thank you so very much & I will definitely be buying a new phone in the not so distant future. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well yesterday we visited this store , seem to be open discrimination, really unwelcome behaviour in this store while I went there for picking up my trade in phone.. I do understand that they do have a policy to pick a phone with no scratch at all and I agreed on but the guy who was dealing with our issue wasn’t appropriate as we went there in the morning so his response suppose to be polite and well behaved while he is serving to any customer either saying no or yes and but the way he respond shows that he is racist as he was kept saying that I personally don’t want to put my name and all ….that was rude and arrogant. Walked out from there store even though they Accept my phone to do trade in before a week and later they started my plan as well following week all this faced by me and my partner which was unacceptable in multicultured country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, really poor service. Bought a new Samsung phone and there is a fault with the Bluetooth. Took it back to the store and the guy said that they would have accepted it as a return if I'd brought it back within 14 days but since it was 16 days he couldn't. Checked the receipt and pointed out it was actually 13 days, then he huffed and puffed and came up with all sorts of other rubbish excuses. Manager awkwardly backed his guy even though he could see he was wrong. Ended up saying I had to use my faulty phone to somehow video the phone's faults and provide it to them as proof. Will be making a formal complaint.
