โ โ โ โ โ Unhelpful in so many ways, in particular the female customer service rep who I had dealings with, needs an attitude adjustment. Donโt be in customer service if you canโt be friendly, helpful or informative. She was just so obnoxious.

โ โ โ โ โ The male staff member was so rude and should never have been employed by Vodafone. His customer service skills were non existent and has made us unwilling to visit the store again. We have since visited Spark and are seriously considering changing to them.

โ โ โ โ โ The WORST vodafone store i have ever visited. The man there was so much in a hurry to get another sale he obviously didn't take my details down correctly even though i wrote it on a piece of paper for him. NOT ONCE have a received a bill that was meant to come via email. incompetent and arrogant. would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I visited this store on the afternoon of Saturday 10 July to make an enquiry about my mother-in-law's landline service.
I was assisted by Jack whom I'm sure could have resolved this issue immediately for me if I had been will to proceed with solution.
However, I wanted to think about all options first.
I ended up contacting Vodafone call centre by phone on Friday 16 July and arranging delivery of modem etc.
However, that conversation brought up an issue re delivery of account to my mother-in-law.
On Saturday 17 July I went back to see Jack who resolved this for me.
At this time I also took the opportunity to cancel my landline service as I never use it now.
There was a possible issue with alarm monitoring so Jack advised me to sort this with alarm company first and he would contact me on Monday to finalise details.
As promised, Jack phoned me on Monday.
Thanks to Jack I'm now on a great internet plan and it's going to be a bit cheaper too !
Big double thumbs up to this young man - he's a great representative for Vodafone, and I'm hoping they recognise what an asset he is to their company :-)
