★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for HPV vacation, but got a flu vax....
No one asked before, but after the nurse checked again and then realized gave me the wrong injection. I was very shocked and scared. And several minutes later another nurse took the right vacation and gave me the injection.
So today I spent one hour for two vacation! Luckily, it's safe for me to get those two vax in one day, otherwise it will be a medical negligence!
You gays should be more careful!
But nice environment and stuff anyway, that's why I give two star instead of one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has signed up as a new patient I was given a new doctor . She wasn’t caring or empathetic and I’ve never had a painful smear test done before where no care was taken like I did here . She tried telling me I have inflamed rib cartilage and didn’t take any X-rays to rule out this condition except offer me ibuprofen and try to tell me I have had a a viral infection that would have caused this that I didn’t know about just because I’m unvaccinated ? Highly insulting , didn’t listen to my problems including the associated heart burn I was having and my bowel problems . And didn’t read my file that I have been struggling to have children for years instead tells me to wear protection so I don’t have any unwanted children? Since when is it up to this lady to tell me I don’t want children ! Was a rushed visit and won’t be returning . Very disappointed . (I’ve had to add my appointment I infact called you to ask you if I could add my smear in as you texted me that it was due right after booking an appointment I don’t want to hear an excuse that a simple smear takes up an entire appointment when that wasn’t even my original reason for booking !! ) shame on you filled of excuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presented myself at Northcare and waited alone in waiting room lying on couch for 45mins with very painful stomach. Receptionist Jamie was very nice but more interested in the phone and paperwork than my extremely sore stomach. Couldn’t wait any longer so went to hospital where they told me I had appendicitis and needed my appendix removed. Yes I know should have gone to hospital in the first place. Lesson learnt don’t go to Northcare as they don’t care. That’s my two cents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t sign up your families or children here, the service is terrible and the staff is rude. Whenever we attend appts the drs are late or understaffed. Rude and inexperienced receptionists. We were made to wait over 3 hours in our car only to not get seen with a sick baby on a hot summers day when he had no cold and flu symptoms and was getting seen due to a sore tummy. When approaching the clinic asking about our sons condition , we were told the dr was running late, the receptionists were rude and told us to leave if we weren’t happy waiting despite already waiting for hours. We are withdrawing our family as this is not an isolated incident

Went to see the receptionist to make an appointment, she took my phone number and asked us to wait in the car for a phone call.
After 30 min I called receptionist and she replied we were not in the system. She then put us in the system and said wait again for the nurse to call. After waiting 90 min total and still no call gave up.
Still waiting for call lol.
Find somewhere else to go, don't go to this place, they will blame everything on covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed by the welcoming, friendly, organised and efficient drive through pre-departure testing given here. Not only the cheapest at $219 but unlike other centres, they did not require us to personally take our swabs to the Lab @ Mt Wellington. Results back in less than 12 hours. Thanks guys - you're providing an excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always go here for covid tests and the staff is great, friendly and efficient. I recommended it to many of my friends.
Had a great experience with the a&e previously too, however during our last visit the communication wasn’t great in terms of return to return to childcare and next steps. The doctor and clinic has since followed up and provided more details, which is good ? Next time would be great to be explained at the time of the consultation rather than later.
