★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to this mall since 30 years ago, saw the place been refurbished, new owners, same staff. The character and vibe has always been alive. The location is perfect and the best bit about this mall is it's boutique style, not too large like other malls, except Milford mall is just as good. Always a pleasure coming to this memorable Takapuna mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small shopping mall but it's sweet and worth visit. Farmers is the biggest store but nice and fancy shops are available too.
The Food Court is under renovation and looking forward to a better place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a promotion going on in shore city and we were waiting in line to get our reward but someone cut in line rudely and they were telling us to social distance when they were the ones that cut in.
In this situation, the customer service staff didn’t take any action for this matter and the staff was getting angry at us for no reason. They were not responsible for their job and this was the most non-sense situation we’ve ever been in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed by the customer service of the staff at the - customer service desk. Say hello a couple times, ignored, the lady keeps typing on her computer. My 3 year old daughter then politely says hello and smiles, ignored hahahaha woah okay lady someone's having a bad day. My wife says hello, ignored again. Woah. Last try, hello, excuse me, HELLLLLLLOOOOOO! The woman finally turns her attention to us and painfully talks to us, as little as she can. She then gives us a look, scanning us from head to toe.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not pet friendlyat all. Had our little 10 week old puppy with us while doing some shopping. Hoping to spend some $$$ but two security guards came along (yes 2 as our Maltese properly looked very scary) and told us we can't have pets in the mall and we have to leave. Oh well! Will take our $$$ to a more pet friendly environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet at the moment on a Saturday compared to other malls on a weekend - I guess it's to do with the upsurge of COVID-19 in the community. Ample space to walk because there's no crowds. Parking is free for up to 3 hours so another bonus there.
