He explained the process and said if it didn't pass, they'd take that amount off of the cost of the new screen. Took it in the next business day and they fixed it and I passed! Saved me a lot of $$. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the front window in my caravan break just out of town in the middle of our holiday. Covi insurance told us to go to Barry Deans and they were great. Evan though it was later in the afternoon, they all jumped in and got a new window fitted and helped with cleaning up the glass (all over the beds) We were very appreciative that they did it straight away as it would have been a cold night with no window and we carried on for a great holiday - Thanks heaps guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to book in, was told it would be two weeks and we had to pay up front. All good but questioned having to pay up front? Still Booked in, an hour later got a call to say they wouldn’t do it as it would be two months now and they couldn’t source the windscreen. In the end we went to Novus half hour away - and they booked us in the following week, didn’t have to pay upfront, and glass was couriered overnight. Done. Unfortunately cannot recommend Waipukurau Elite Glass Novus Franchise
