★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was during lockdown and needed window screen replaced. Wasn’t a problem under lockdown and quick. However rained that night noticed small leak rang Novus dropped car back after 30mins al good and no more leak. Great service thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed 3 times first time the confirmation of date and time was wrong second time they had ordered wrong glass and third time they said another date when it came to that date they told me their supplier will be arriving the next day with the glass they needed for replacing. Annoyed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited After Response From Novus: It is a blatant lie to say my insurance company denied my request for an OE windscreen - when contacted directly they had no clue that you had even requested an OE windscreen as they had not had a request from you. Had they denied the request - why did you not contact me to say so? To prove my point - the repair is being carried out by Winger Subaru via your main competitor in Hamilton using a genuine OE windscreen. Insurance were happy for the OEM dealer to handle the repair using OE spares - so why would they deny your request?
Utterly useless - I had to use them by default due to my insurance company. As soon as I said I wanted a genuine windscreen (the car has cameras for collision avoidance and adaptive cruise control) they started dragging their heels, said they needed approval from my insurance etc.
After 7 days of nothing happening and the windscreen crack growing to the full height of the windscreen, I called my insurance company to ask what's happening - to find out Novus hadn't even contacted them for approval! This is after physically visiting the branch the day prior to ask in person what is happening with this claim.
I told my insurance I wanted a more reputable company to do the repair via the vehicle dealer - immediately claim was actioned and parts ordered for the repair. IF your insurance company by default makes you use Novus, call them and say you want to use another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked in for windscreen replacement - after waiting an hour and the half I asked when they would be doing my one, was told it would be another hour yet.. it would be good if I had some forewarning.
We're it not for the fact they are the providers for my insurance company I would not use their services again..

Update:
Novas Glass Hamilton agreed to replace the windshield since I was not happy with the repair. Thanks to Tower Insurance for co-ordination. I’m happy with the replacement. ADS systems appear to be working as expected. Thanks Novas Glass Hamilton.
