★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in a super hurry. Grabbed a pair of kids gum boots and got to the till. Old lady couldn’t work the till for the customers before me and had to go get the manager. Put the boots back and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly staff with great smile and easy to talk with. Had to replace torn school shoes which was done quick and receipt was available thru email to change with new purchase. Happy with new purchase :) Thanks to the team nice work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papakura store - 11am today 9/04/22 EASILY one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you don't enjoy what you are paid to do or had a bad start to your day, don't make that my problem ?♀️
And if your stock isn't marked at the right price, that's not my problem either. I hope the store owner reads this feed back.
