★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have ever experienced. All your staff are lazy . I brought a adidas track suit for my daughter cost $240 the staff ignored me and my children. Went to walk out the alarm went off a staff member grabbed the store bag off my daughter like she was a criminal went to counter checked the bag to find the female staff members had not taken the tags off we were so embarrassed she didn’t say sorry I told her to do her job properly she just rolled her eyes at me . You should not hire people with no customer service skills and septum piercing it’s unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quite disapointed with my visit and don't like complaining but this was pretty shameful. I asked if I could try on my size for a shoe I wanted but was told to just try the sample display shoe. Which I know is too small. I asked a lady if she could look for my size but she was hesitant to look and kept pushing me to stick with the sample size. She disapeared to the till for a while and yelled from across the store that they didnt have it. No offer to bring it in from other stores, I doubt she even checked as I saw her just serve another customer. Was pretty much ignored by the other staff. Won't go again, brought the same shoes from converse where the service was much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Or should I say non existent customer service! Totally ignored buy all the staff, all 5 of them. Too busy gas bagging with each other or restocking to pay you any attention to their customers. I wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes, but after getting absolutely no attention from any of the staff even though it was hardly busy I left disgusted. I would rather drive to another store than give them the pleasure of my business. I would give them no star if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manukau service was poor. Was directed to 4 corners of the shop.with no assisstance. Very poor customer service.
Sylvia Park gets a 5 star from me. Assisstance was great. Only 1 downer. The shop is temporarily closed but have a 2nd shop next to Sterling Sports. Come on FL advertise this will help with the sales
