I placed an order in March I sent so many emails asking can they please get back to me, as my order had been filled incorrectly, when I finally got a response (after third email) They sent the correct item but only 1 ( I had ordered 2) I have so far sent 2 e-mails over the course of 2 weeks, now I'm on hold trying to actually speak to somebody to try and sort this (2 months on) I have been 6th in the que now for 11 minutes...….after 12 minute's the music stops and the phone goes quiet?? am I still on hold or have I been dropped? NXP you really need to work on your customer service, ill be going elsewhere to fulfil my order in the future

I encountered a long list of issues shopping here which wasted my time, money and emotion. Both their inventory system and customer services need huge improvement. Will not shop here again in the near future.

Very much delay with sending my item, And I have to call and find out my items 2 times. I got this parcel after 3weeks within NZ. Just very unreliable NXP team. Not interested anymore with nxp. Ta

If I can rate this as no star I will. Poor to No communication on email, havent provided my tracking number or a bloody notification if they have shipped my items or not. My order got cancelled and was told that no stocks coming and there are replacement alternative, fine! But almost a month still havent received the items, no email reply after emailing them for an update for like 5 times. I ordered my mask from another store and got them for 2 days. I want to cancel my order and refund my money. Really bad at comms!!! The pandemic is ending and still hasnt received my mask. I want a full refund and will return the item.
