Do not use that service. It's been 3 weeks since my order, and today i finaly received a reply, "sorry we will deliver it within next 8 working days". Absolutely anacceptable.

What a terrible company, horrible customer service.I ordered my son's stationery 14 December, I haven't received it yet!!!! I called them 100 times until they decided to resend it again . I haven't received anything. What a joke, you should close your shop when you can't provide the service to your customers!!!!

Thanks for providing the school requirements list, I've taken it to Warehouse Stationery now you've shut down all your stores. Maybe you shouldn't try to own the biggest buying season of the year while online only. MySchool & online only = complete garbage experience.

Receive email from office max saying order by 14 Jan to get stationary on time 11 Jan - place order 18 Jan- see some movement of order with Nz post. Gets stuck 20 Jan returned to office max 25 Jan- email NZ Post and OfficeMax to enquire about parcel- NZ post comes back with details regarding return & receipt to OfficeMax. Pass these details on to office max, hear nothing 25 Jan- 1 Feb call OfficeMax multiple times speak to multiple people providing details by email 3 x. Am told range of excuses (misunderstanding, temp staff aren’t trained properly, sorry). Assured I’d get a call back 2 x, no one called. Come back from holiday early to get sorted. 1 Feb - post on Facebook. Hear back pretty quickly from comms person. 2 Feb - finally get a call from a human at OfficeMax who apologises again and assures me that I will have a tracking number that afternoon or in the morning at the very latest. 4 Feb call again as I have no tracking number yet. Told No- it takes 6 working days at the moment to get sent. You will have your package assigned a number by the END OF NEXT WEEK!! What an absolute joke. 3 kids at school with no stationary for 2 weeks. And no way for me to just come and get it. Don’t buy from office max.

Honestly, OfficeMax deserve zero stars. This is the second time you have fell short on delivering stationary on time. You're customer services over the phone are also incompetent. I am no longer ordering stationary from OfficeMax or purchasing anything that may be affiliated with OfficeMax. Terrible.

Don't know what's going on with OM but I've received no confirmation of my girls' order I placed on the 01/02/22. Charged c$160 on the 2nd and am still yet to hear anything. No confirmation, no contact whatsoever. I get there'll be delays with dispatch due to the current situation with Covid but com'on!? I ordered from Merchant on Sunday and the order arrived the very next Monday! Where are you ppl?? I'm having to buy stationery for my girl's here and there while we wait. I've emailed and have been ?

We made a school order for our son nearly 3 weeks ago and the package is no where near to driving. It took Officemax 9 days to process my order and dispatch it. We are many days past the estimated delivery now, and my son has no stationary on his second week of school. Very disappointed. We made 3 orders from Quizzle for our other children. Even though we ordered it several days after the OfficeMax order. It arrived promptly, and my daughters had stationary in time for school!

It has been almost six months since the return request was accepted. The items are still sitting at my garage. The job was forwarded to your distribution team to book/rebook for at least 6 times now. However, no one has ever come to pick it up. I double if this has ever been booked. Is this how you consider 'Easy Online Returns' as promoted on your website?
