Had purchased massage deal from Groupon. They will charge extra for oil and massage time is max 45 mins, not full 1 hour as advertised. Not worth going back.

Brought 60min reflexology & 30min neck massage deal on Grabone. WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE. NO STARS Arrived 10mins early, store was closed, worker was late. The shop was cold, 2 fan heaters were turned on. The worker mentioned many times how running the heaters were very expensive, and the power is paid weekly. And how she was a Cardiologist in China, worked in the medical field in Canada, Studied Acupuncture and Massage in NZ has 34 years medical experience. The Duvet was stained and the massage table head hole had towels around it that felt like they hadn't been changed, when putting my head in there was dent in the towels properly from the last client. During start of massaged, 2 phone calls were answered for Grabone bookings. Help her with on of the calls as it was cutting into my time. she said its OK her one hand was still massaging while taking the calls. Heard a toilet flush. the Reflexology massage was mainly done on the top of my foot and the front of my leg. Seen she was on her phone. That's when i was ready to leave. At the end of the massage it felt she asked if i would like to make another appointment with the same deal. Said NO and explained the above. she explained she noticed a scare on Knee and thought she would help blood circulation to knee hence the leg massage. explained didn't come for knee circulation came for foot reflexology. It was awkward when getting up to leave, she stood in the way, it felt uncomfortable. my feet were still oily, just wanted to get out, left with a sore back, its been over 24 hours. Disappointed by the whole experience. Wasted time and money should have left when noticed she was on her phone rubbing my leg. NO STARS

Dr. Lulu is awesome. She helped me a lot today with my back pain. I came with stiff back and after the treatment I can move better. I feel very happy and relaxed.

I don't recommend it at all, buy a coupon on grabone for 90 min. massage and she gave me the massage all the time with one hand, the other hand she used to see her cell phone. When reading the comments, it seems that I'm not the first to experience this. She seems to be annoyed by serving customers who come from grabone. If she bothers him so much, She should not put any more promotions. Terrible service

Here's an email I sent to Grabone: Hi guys, I tried booking an appointment for myself and partner using this coupon months ago before it expired, (during call, business owner was in the middle of a massage) but the business owner accepted my appointment until I mentioned using a coupon from Grabone. She then said she can't accept because of the traffic light system. She blatantly lied. Mum (coupon purchaser) called to book using cash and she gladly accepted until she explained that her son (me) called earlier but you declined him because he was using a coupon. She again, lied and advised she declined due to the traffic light system. After repeating herself multiple times, mum reiterated that she was lying and misleading a customer and ONLY THEN did she even consider accepting my appointment. Mum contacted Grabone and requested a refund but it hasn't been processed so instead, she asked me to try book again due to inconvenience. I did try again to book but again, was declined due to the fact that I was using a coupon that is expired. I could not use it because the business owner explicitly said that she gets "no money" from Grabone.. only a little. So, I'm reaching out now to ask for an extension on the coupon please because 1) the business owner refused me even when she had slots available and was happy to accept my appointment UNTIL I mentioned a valid coupon from Grabone 2) Because I'm entitled to what was gifted and paid for according to the fair trading act and 3) Customers shouldn't be penalized because a dodgy business was biased and treat your customers unfairly because of their bottom line. I'm being 100% reasonable and anyone with a little common sense would see we've been treated badly by this business and so we look to you to make things right please. Thank you, Carlos

1. I had to use the toilet, she told me to use it with an open door because the light was broken. 2. She charged me an extra $6 for oil. 3. She didn't give me a gown or towel to cover up with. She eventually pulled out a pillow case to cover up with. Not great for someone who is very self-conscious. 4. I got a GrabOne voucher for mothers day for a 60 min reflexology and 30 min neck massage. I got a 60 min one handed backrub (there was nothing massage like to what I got) and 30 min one handed foot rub focusing mostly on my big toes and stroking the top of my foot, I've had reflexology before and this was not at all reflexology. 5. I think she was on her phone with the other hand because I could feel how she was getting distracted. When I asked her why she used only one hand she said she had sores on her fingers (is that not a health risk both ways?). 6. When she did discover a knot in a muscle she pushed down hard on it and kept on doing it until it was painful, there was no trying to massage out the knot the right way. 7. She kept on trying to sell me another session while I was supposed to be relaxing. 8. The store is not a very private, relaxing or pretty environment to try and relax in, it was all bright harsh lights and no décor. Hubby is super unhappy because they wanted to spoil me. GrabOne, I think you need to reconsider associating yourself with this place.

Worst massage every! I purchased a 90min foot and neck massage, for the first 30min she was massaging my foot with one hand and the other hand had her phone, I asked her if she was “watching instructions” on how to massage and she said she had a message from a client who wanted to go now and she was answering back ? Then while she was massaging me, a client turn up and she stopped for 10 minutes. She was also washing her hands every 5 minutes and coming to massage me with her very wet and cold hands. Also, she wanted to charge me for oil to massage me. I was desperate for a neck massage but never got that massage, she was concentrated in my back (which wasn’t part of the deal) and only using one hand, which I guess she was again on her cellphone. That was a waste of time and money, I wouldn’t recommended at all.

I purchased a grab one voucher for a 1 hour full body massage here, and wish I could get my money and my time back. Was the worst massage I've ever had. Terrible technique, she spent A LOT of time just pressing on my tail bone lightly with one hand? Instead of actually massaging me. I had a lot of tension in my back and shoulders, the massage I got here didn't help at all, and maybe even made it worse. I went and got a great Chinese massage elsewhere the following week and they did a excellent job and sorted it out for me. Edit: I has similar issues to other reviews too. I turned up on time for my appointment, no one was there and the shop was closed. Was also charged extra cash for oil to be included.
