★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. I emailed to see if they had the items I wanted in stock and what delivery costs were, and they replied quickly and offered to have a staff member deliver the items the same day as it would be cheaper than using a courier. Now I just have to build 3 bookcases!

Not only are they a pleasure to deal with, they have excellent customer service.
I realised once I had placed my order, I had chosen pick up rather than delivery, a quick phone call to their office, got through straight away, spoke to a wonderful lady we had laugh that Wellington was a bit far for pick up.
Sorted delivery charge, emailed invoice out and sent out drawers the next day and delivered the day after all ready to set up in my salon.
I seriously couldn’t ask for a better experience with a store.
