★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had several items shipped with NZPost and about 50% of them were damaged as to learn they drop through a machine about 1.5 m even though I have changed my packaging to fit the requirements. As a small business this is hard to redo all these orders and hope they don’t get smashed. Disappointed they don’t take care of packages as carefully as they can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. This is what happens when a company is owned by the state. I tried to collect a package from the Depo and was greeted by a rude woman who asked what I was doing there. Apparently they were closed at 11:30am on a Tuesday.

Phone call is useless, it just goes in circles then nothing. Worst service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NZpost should sort out your ''stealing parcels'' issues. Had over 10 parcels got stolen within your Post office/depot couple of years ago before Xmas. It's been alright for some time and it happened again this year. Two parcels been stolen within November already. If you offer ''drop off box' services, then you should make sure it's safe. NZpost won't compensate after parcels stolen from their ''drop off box'', they told you they never received your parcel. Worst post company in this whole world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware when you use their Drop off box services. There is no pick up tracking, Once your parcel was stolen by NZpost staffs. They would not compensate. Kept telling me that they haven't received my drop off parcel. Asked the rude CS staff to check their camera record, provide exact time and place I dropped off my parcel, they refused to do anything, just told me their tracking says they don't have my parcel and hung up. Worse services and RUDE customer service staffs. Wasting money using NZpost drop off services. Always get your parcel tracked at counter and make sure you keep your receipt or they would not compensate if it's stolen by NZpost staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NZ Post is a totally broken down system that is running on ventilators for a while now. It is alive because it is run by the government.
They always have excuses of why things cannot be done in a proper way, always looking for excuses to cover up their inteherent and systemic shortcomings. They seriously are a pain in the wrong end and needs to shut down. DX Mail is way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with all the reviews on here, customer service is appalling. I've got a package split into two boxes and have received the second box, but after waiting for what seemed to be far too long I contacted NZ Post. The email came back telling me they don't even know if the package they've already delivered has been picked up. Then I tell them that I already have 1 of the 2 boxes to which I am told that I can only enquire about my original package and not another one in the same ticket? The most dismissive support I have ever dealt with and absolutely show no sign that they actually want to help. It's currently level 4 in Auckland so I didn't contact them until 3 weeks after the due date! Terrible experience as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious NZ POST! I'm still waiting on a parcel that was ordered and picked up on the same day in New Zealand as the parcel from the states was bought... The USA package has taken 7 days and has turned up!! and according to your track and trace it has been enjoying a casual trip around Tauranga for the last 2 days....Sadly I can't do a NO STAR REVIEW but looking at the reviews and lack of comments from NZ POST it looks like your not concerned anyway.
