★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sent hams prior to Christmas via Big Chill. Some boxes went "missing" en route. All deliveries are supposed to be signed for on receipt so should be easy to track as to whether it was delivered or not and which truck they were on. It's got to be either incompetence or theft. Hams..... Christmas.... leaning towards theft myself.
