★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed the mark unfortunately, always seems like you cause some sort of an inconvenience to them, not very supportive towards their customers: Lost my receipt but No updates provided to follow ups there was No curtesy contact made and NO attempts made to follow this up with me!
