β β β β β Have to give them a two because there service was good but my package has been lost, lucky it wasn't as expensive. I'm mad because I dont know where it is and it was very personal, I have a tracking number but it says it been delivered and the perosn I sent it to doesnt have it, it was delivered on monday and it's now Thursday. I used this place once to send something to America and it got there but idk where this one has gone

β β β β β I wanted a normal post for $3 he gave me for $7 with tracking. I had 4 packages to send. And when he counted it together it was $28 instead of $12. I asked to cancel but he said I have already used the packages so he can't. Will never go to this place again.

β β β β β Good service from staff but unfortunately I need to give them only one star as they lost my package and didn't give me the insurance.
I sent an expensive gift overseas from here. I paid a lot for postage+insurance and thought it would have a tracking number, which it didn't (my fault I should have checked). Because covid disrupted the postage system they told me to give it some time to arrive. A year later it didn't arrive and they told me that it was outside of the 3 months insurance coverage so sorry there was nothing they could do.
If you get something posted from here make sure you get a tracking number and insist on getting your insurance from them after the 3 months, don't accept any excuses from them. The postage carrier they use isn't NZ Post.
After getting a reply on this review I don't recommend them at all, here is the reply incase they try to delete it or edit it:

Rashid we didnt give you any excuses, you came 6 months after it was posted, the carrier is new zealand post? we tried to get you a refund but new zealand post policy stipulates we cannot claim after 3 months.
we are sorry you had a bad experience with us as you know we try very hard to give great customer service
