★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter on behalf of me her mother went to send a small parcel to the UK for me and called me to ask questions in regards to filling out forms as it was her first time.. before completing the form and getting my parcel sent and sorted she was told to leave as she was taking to much time!!
How rude and unhelpful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't see why there are so many bad reviews on this place - staff were very helpful and honestly really calm/chill. Made my posting experience fast especially since I looked here to time it when it wasn't busy (as I would recommend as it's a pretty small building and you will have to look ahead in time!) But overall, they were nice, quick and made me feel stress free!
The only reason I take away a star is because of the small space, but it's not a big problem in my opinion just so long as my package gets to where it needs to be :)

Yes inside the pharmacy..small with at least 2 operating counters normal services just a bit compact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service on Saturday morning. Staff seemed very unhappy to be asked a question relevant to services they offer. Definitely need some customer service training, or perhaps they need new jobs as they simply seemed miserable to be working for the NZ post shop. Such a contrast to the very welcoming and helpful pharmacy staff which share the same space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had countless issues with the ladies who run the postal service. All so utterly miserable and always seem to make things so difficult and waste time that I actually now go to a different one further away so that I don't have to deal with them. I decided to go there yesterday however as I was in a rush. After standing in a queue with young children for 10 minutes, I was told that I had to buy one of their a4 envelopes as DHL don't accept smaller ones...HA jog on lady! I had been to the other post office that morning who had given me the envelope for said job. She persisted in asking if I was going to buy their envelope, which I said no to and then told me that as it was 5pm there was no time to process my request!! I then went to the other post office to process my order with no issues. Definitely need people training as they massively lacking. So disappointing, they definitely do not enjoy their jobs!awful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Poor service. Please train your staff on hospitality & kindness. In fact, HIRE PROPERLY because at the end of the say, ure staff represents NZ Post! Plus, train your staff that not everyone who enters NZ post KNOWS WHAT TO DO and that their position is so important to customers that come in- to advice/teach clients what to do, where to go & make the transaction smooth. The lack of customer service is the main reason most of us hate going there and choose to drive further just to get good service! Period!
