★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go find my parcel in COMPLETELY WRONG PLACE but strangly enough it was in the shop located on the same street as nz post Taupo.
I called NZ post when the tracking system said "delivery completed". I was frustrated and trying to get help but they said there was no parcle supposed to delivered on my address and the address on parcel could be wrong, if i can't find it they can't do anything. So I had to google the place where someone signed and accept my parcel. I was happy I finally got it and I found the ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL COULDN'T BE CLEARER.
I saw 3 more parcels stacking with mine in that shop and felt it could've gone missing if someone just took it from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited two weeks ago to apply for an IRD number. I brought along the required documents, including a copy of my passport which I understood to be required. I was told it wasn't necessary, (twice, the second time being when I confirmed this with her) so she didn't send it off with the application packet. The woman helping me was condescending throughout the entire interaction. That alone would not warrant a 1 star review, but two weeks later here I am hearing back from Inland Revenue who cannot process my request because a copy of my passport was not included! Poor customer service in terms of both attitude and ability to do things correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for my parcel to be directed while it was in transit in Auckland as I was in the process of moving houses. Said in an email it got delivered and provided me with a receipt but they never specifically stated which address. Something super shady going on...
UPDATE: Used courier post to pickup a parcel and accidentally sent it to my old address and cancelled it at around 8am....I get a message from rural delivery 4hrs later asking where my parcel was at my old address. Post office confirmed they sent the message but the delivery driver must've not seen it.
