★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to paperp in a very long time. I got no hello or the basics of basics of any sort of customer service. Just a stare while walking past me. No can I help you. No hello. Got to counter and the lady who was there walked away as I stood with a handfull of things to buy. The girl who then served me begrudgingly was rude. Overall bad experience. Are the staff being paid to not sell to people and help customers. Seems like that to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piss poor service time & again. Been there several times to give Paperplus team for the NZ Post side of services a second chance. However, every time I go in there, I leave the store unhappy and angry even. There is total lack of product training, knowledge, blatant ignorance and top it all lack of empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter staff member had a great sense of humour the other one didnt she bordered on rude and i dont like how you have to go back to front of store to use a counter to fill in your parcel details when they could put it down where the others are where you pay for your postal bags..this has annoyed me for years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting taupo, had to register our vehicle, filled out paperwork, stood in line. Finally got to counter, to be told I was standing in the wrong line!...No signage, no workers thought to let me know, even though I was clearly holding paperwork in my hand. Turns out, there were 3 others behind me who were all standing in the wrong line!...Maybe some signage pointing customers in the right direction ? to save time.... its the little things that make experiences pleasant ?
