★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience with any company! Ordered a soccer ball 4 weeks ago for christmas - no progress. Sent emails for an update, finally got a reply saying it may take 8 weeks! But to expect it before December NEXT year! Most annoying part is the company has NO contact numbers and every time you email them you can't just "reply" you have to jump back on to the site and go through the whole "contact us" process AGAIN. Highly disappointed with this customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible company! I ordered a mattress protector and they sent me a USED one & they expect me to follow a returns process which is a complete waste of my time. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want something second hand or expired. Honestly don't trust them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. I never write reviews but I will for this one. I ordered something on the 8th of December (for Xmas) and we are now more than a month later with no updates. I have been told that there were delays with the post for orders that were made between the 14th and 23rd (clearly, I ordered my item before that). I was also told, mid December, that my item was about to be cleared in NZ; I am now being told on the 11th of January, that the item has just been sent from Australia (funny for a company called NZ Sales). I have been asking for updates since the 19th of December and have not had any support from the team. It was meant to be a Xmas gift and we are now so far in 2022 that I don't have my Xmas tree anymore. Would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop don't have any clothes for men. The website shows all the best deals you can dream of. But if you walk into the shop there is small section in the back corner for men. I don't like buying shoes online as the sizes differ from brand to brand. If you go to the shop there are no shoes in store. Was told to order online. But if I read the reviews don't look like a good Idea to order online. There are no positives about this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a toy dec 2021 still awaiting April 2022. Incorrect address written, nzpost attempted to contact them with no success. Returned parcel in January. Multiple messages sent back and forth with no success. They refuse to do anything until they receive the package which they have not attempted to find. There’s absolutely nothing I can do. Thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have numerous times messaged for a return on a item that I purchased which came back the wrong color, the item I purchased specifically described that I ordered the color grey for my sons high chair yet I recieved a purple chair, I messaged so many times to have my item returned as the description of the item was inaccurate but I recieved no response in the time frame that it says they will respond and has been days past since I have contacted them. I have had no problems odering with nz sale until now!!!
Ditch buying from them!!

On their website it says item delivered while in reality nothing has been dispatched. They should have at lease told us that they couldn't deliver on time instead of LIED
