★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, I ordered a set online three weeks ago for collection at the takapuna store, I called the store so many times on different days and different times the phone just rings and rings. I ended up going into the store to ask where my order was and was asked, would I still like it. I said yes, but still have no news, no replies from online customer service and still nobody answering the phone at the store.
