★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes we understand that the world is going through a pandemic. Yes you are a logistics company and you promise that you would deliver orders on a certain time frame. Then you don’t deliver. You say on your tracking facility that goods have started from the USA and they reached your Aussie warehouse and then coming to Auckland warehouse and after taking more than two months you say that the supplier has run out of the item. Seriously!! How come it landed in Auckland and then you realised that!! Several emails were written, no response. Absolutely pathetic service. Shame for ignoring your customers.
