The prices are clearly listed in the window and the staff are very knowledgeable.
They do kids ears and give the kids a certificate too.
The base price for a piercing is NZD$30 PLUS Jewellery. The total price is $40 for basic surgical steel jewellery for most piercings except nose piercings which can be cheaper.
I was impressed with the gun piercing range. They've titanium, gold, surgical steel for jewellery. The range of jewellery is the best I've seen in any store throughout NZ and Australia.

Let me be super picky with my placement, and even helped me to straighten out my crooked piercings. 10/10 recommend, and will be back

β β β β β Iβve gone to Keen on in Henderson for all of my piercings, I wouldβve expected the same service Iβve had for years, but I wonβt be going back to Newmarket. I went in an hour before work to get my Daith jewellery changed out, I was told the people next to me were first, so I thought sweet 20 minutes or so. 45 minutes later they still hadnβt gone in and the girls behind the counter (including the piercer) were all chatting, not the kind of conversations you want to hear as a customer. The people next to me were also confused as to why none of us had been served. Ended up walking out with 55 minutes of waiting, and still didnβt get served, so yeah, I waited an hour for nothing.

β β β β β I've had my navel, eyebrow, nostrils and smiley done here and every time has been great :) The girls are really lovely and make the experience way less daunting, and all my piercings have healed so well. Plus they're the most affordable in Auckland! Def gonna keep coming back here :)

β β β β β The staff is so friendly and helpful. I got my daith pierced, and originally wanted a helix piercing on the other side too, but they told me they'll only do 1 ear at a time, so you have a side to sleep on while it heals, which was super professional and helpful. My ear bled after, and they looked after me by getting me water and asking me to stick around for a bit so that when it stopped, they could clean it up before I went into the outside world. All around an awesome experience.

β β β β β Went in yesterday with some friends and the staff were so kind and helpful. Really professional and gave great advice on how to clean some piercings I'd been having trouble with. I got my septum done and barely felt anything, and my friend got two in each ear done no problems. The ladies that pierced us were super chatty and made us feel real comfortable. Great prices too. 10/10
