We are a family owned and operated business. Steve and Wilhe Gaskin bought Rolrich Panel and Spray in 1988. We have been in the same location for 25 years. The business has changed immensely over the years. From one workshop, to now, two buildings/workshops and a storage yard. Equipment has come a long way in the last twenty plus years too.
Steve has always made sure the workshops are fully equipped with all the latest and greatest tools and machines from around the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative Star for the service. Was not allowed to pick up my car if payment not done. Was a horrible experience. I FULLY understand that payment needs to be made but swearing to God, money was not an issue for me but the way it was communicated to me. At no moment i was told that i needed to pay upun pickup and this is just a heads up for people who don't know and might be in the same situation. I personally beleive that the company needs to work more on customer service, display and advise customers clearly on how they operate as each business has its own way of working and more importantly clear communication.
I felt that they could have done better in this situation. I am a law abiding citizen and hates when people judges someone on their skin colour or not beinga Kiwi, or like the feeling of power. First time ever, during my 14 years in NZ, felt so frustrated...

So friendly and easy to deal with, very thorough and honest on all quotes/job. I will always tkae my cars here for even the most minor of jobs. I've used others in the past, but never again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve is an absolute douchelord, if you plan on getting a repair certification done on a vehicle, I highly suggest you look elsewhere, as this man is a complete rip off, extremely painful to talk to, doesnt explain any of what hes doing and charges $100 more than what he quoted on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute poor service from Steve! Not helpful at all and overcharged for a job he quoted! Mucked me round saying he would need the vehicle for a few days only to find he didn't, so I organized a ride to pick me up, which I never needed.
Didn't explain the process, and claimed he only needed photos of the vehicle despite the job being for a repair cert. Super suss, massive twot.
