★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bunch of PC parts for a custom PC from this branch and thought the customer service was great! The operator I had was very patient, helpful and transparent with his information which I appreciate a lot. He was also very professional in the way he carried himself and his opinions and I just can’t recommend him enough so thank you Yong! The reason I have left 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of my cpu cooling fans was not spinning when I had turned my PC on for the first time, so I restarted it a few times to see if that would get it working but it did not. I do not know if this is normal or not as I am new to the PC scene so I tried ringing into PB tech Petone to see if I can get some help because they are the ones who built the PC, but could not get through to anyone as the phone line would ring a few times then just cut off leaving me having to ring again. I rang in more than 15 times without getting to talk to anyone so am not sure if they’ve actually got someone to handle their phone lines or not. Other than this issue, will definitely be using PB Tech again in the future and can highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay pricing but there really is no reason to go to this place. Everything is boxed and you are not allowed to see what's inside. Even in store they refer to the website for information. How to know what I'm buying was answered with: "look at the box and go online".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely exceptional service. Came in with an unusual error on my PC, and one of the customer services reps managed to diagnose the problem and find me a suitable replacement part. They even fitted the new part and tested it to see if it works. 10/10 customer service.

Parking at door, brilliant knowledgeable staff, super friendly and helpful - purchased a tablet on backorder, expecting to receive it a week later... got a text the very next day that it was ready for collection in store! Such good service. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Very pleased with service right from the security guard greeting at the door to the cashier who took payment. Top marks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While looking to upgrade my 2011 Lenovo 'Think Pad' I visited PB Tech's new Petone store. I was ably helped by PB Tech's Hou Teo. Hou provided me three great laptop options and how PB Tech could clone software from my old Lenovo to a new release product from Lenovo or Asus. I will be back to purchase a new Lenovo Yogi 7 with a 1TB drive.
