After a bit of confusion, partly on my end about an item being in stock, which could be stated a bit clearer about where the item is in stock when there is only one store and no mention of an Auckland Distribution Centre, one would assume the item is in stock at the store as it still stated 'in stock' when I purchased online for pick up. Nevertheless, following that issue I contacted someone through the instant chat service to get my order changed to delivery to my address as it was urgent and I have to say, the communication was great with almost instant responses and they were super helpful with all my queries and I received my order within 2 days even with the changes. Definitely recommend these guys and really appreciate the help from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and super helpful people here - it looks like a small family run office supplies business with a reasonable range of printer supplies, printers, hard drives, cell phone accessories and art supplies. They might not have the range of products that warehouse stationery has or PB Technologies, but they make up for it in pricing and customer service. Definitely going back to see Pawan when i need more replacement ink for my printer.
