Do not use TNT/Fedex for any shipments to anywhere. Their costs hardly than DHL but you sacrifise transit times and ALL customer service. Average phone waiting time is 30 mintues + and once you do get through their service is absolutely appalling. All parcels ex Asia/Europe/USA/Canada taking over a MONTH with no news regarding delays. Complete lies compared to the transit times they state. Never using TNT again. Use DHL instead! approx 20 seconds call wait time and shipments from USA in 4 days!

I have a parcel arriving at TNT depot in 12th December 2021, today is 5th Jan. 2022, almost 4 weeks, it is still not be delivered. I have called the service number f 8 times, but totally wasted time. Each time the service person only asked me to check the track update. I just called this morning, still, no one gave me a delivery date. I have been told there were huge backlogs, but they still don't do any delivery in public holidays and weekends. I am running a business, have been using multiple international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, NZ Post, SF Express, TNT is the WORST. Wait to see when it is actually delivered, and I will put an update in the next review. It could break the record of the longest courier time

Regularly receive parcels from TNT from overseas suppliers. 80% of the time, all works well. When it doesn't, they are of little help, just tell you about delays beyond their control. Currently, an urgent parcel has been 15kms away from me for 17 days, and they won't even let me come and get it, and won't ring me back, or tell me when I will get it.

My parcel was shipped from UK on the 4th Jan, arrived in Auckland on 12 Jan. got an email notification to pay custom/duty on 12 Jan, I paid on the same day, today is 26 Jan. no sign of parcel, their online update showed all sort of funny messages such as "held waiting correct address". I called the 0800 number twice a day since then(I have a headset so I can wait while I work on my laptop) I waited over an hour on each call. I called for 3 days and I finally gave up. I drove to their depot this morning which is 5km from where I live. the office is closed to public. there is a "collection/pickup" kiosk. it seems this is the only way to get to them, I am lucky I dont live far. I am going to visit them again this afternoon. I think it will be waste of time but I cant get to them.

Haven’t received the parcel posted from Australia to Auckland with expected deliver date in early Nov 2021, last update was 14 Dec 2021. Tried to contact customer service, no one answer, emailed, no one reply. Understand they are experiencing high volume, however, it’s unacceptable that there hasn’t been any update for a month. Very poor management and service! So frustrating of not getting any update!

Probably the worst experience i've ever had from their customer service & tracking. Spoke to an employee who firstly hung up on me twice when she picked up and took me 20 minutes to ring back and on the line to the same person. We were unable to change the delivery address as we are all currently working from home. However because the item hasnt been delivered to that address yet and is yet to be a failed delivery we couldnt have this changed prior so we can get our equipment for our new starter. Additionally - i understand Covid is an issue, however she had said because one worker is isolating they cannot release our item? Do they only have one person handling deliveries for the entire auckland? Delivery date was for the 16th of march and now because one person is isolating we now have to wait till mid week next week to recieve our equipment? Absolutely appalling attitude, shocking customer service, and continuing to make excuses under the sun and put on hold every time we asked a question. Never use this company. its outrageously shocking

Absolutely shocking service. I am still waiting on a parcel that I ordered on the 28th December coming from Australia. It's been in Auckland since the 14th January. Every time I call they say it will be with me in the next couple of days...It's been about a month of that. I've emailed, no response. Have called numerous times but it seems completely pointless. The last time I called the lady said they were dealing with an extreme backlog and to rest assured that my parcel will arrive at some point but they just can't tell me when. Helpful. DO NOT use this courier company unless you're wanting to wait Months. Hopefully by March I would've received this parcel but I'm not holding my breath.

Shipping was relatively fast and didn’t have to wait. Unfortunately the driver of my package sent it to the wrong address, a house not far from mine. Before I found out about the item being delivered to the wrong address I was keeping track of the package and knew something wasn’t right when it showed that it was delivered to my address on the 1/5/22 and I was present at the time the whole day it arrived and didn’t see any activity of the driver and package. Out of all the deliveries I have had this was the first time so I had to make a move fast. I messaged the courier service to see what the situation was and was told that the package was delivered to my address through a scanning system. I repetitively kept telling them that it wasn’t there, they got ahold of the driver a day later to confirm that it was actually delivered. Constant back and forth emails of this. I had the thought of going around the houses of my street to ask the owners if they have seen a package but was patient but 3 days have past luckily the owners of the wrong house finally showed up to my house on the 4/5/22 to deliver it. Even though it was 3 days past the delivery date it’s sad to say the package was opened and signed by them which I assume the driver did not do proper checks of the address he was meant to be at, identifying the owner of the package and being more vigilant. A item i purchased being very valuable 600+ delivered just like that! and to have another person sign a package! Looking at the reviews I didn’t really have to deal with big problems I saw but the support team could’ve done something fast, like have the driver go back to the place and resolve it etc…only to be told that it “was at my address” but at least the person I was emailing was helpful. For me it is the responsibility of the driver who did the delivery. I’m not blaming the owners of the wrong address who had my package but am happy that they did return it 3+ days later but I could have imagined if they didn’t deliver it and what would happen later on with the support team or the driver on the outcome if the package didn’t arrive.
