★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an excellent location for us after the Lake Waikaremoana Great Walk. A yummy dinner box ready to be cooked as well as breakfast that included farm fresh eggs. A fire place to get warm in front of as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice and cute place, great location of you are planning to do the Waikaremoana walk.
The host was really nice and they provided us with some fresh eggs, tea, coffee etc.
Place is a big enough for a family of four, and has all the basic amenities.
It does get quite cold in the winter, but there is a fireplace and electric blankets.
One downside was that the chimney seems to have been bit blocked as the fire wasn't going that well, and it also got bit smokey inside when we opened the hatch. But i may have been doing something wrong.
