★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome hospitality Benita, I could see you are very passionate about your job in the way you conduct yourself which has a flow on effect with the lovely cleaners you have working alongside you. The rooms are very clean and comfortable actually the whole complex is very clean inside and outside. I have no hesitation booking into Lake Whakamarino Lodge again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely the place to stay especially if you are doing a tramp and need some pampering before and after. The home cooked food is absolutely delicious. Benita went above and beyond the call of duty and helped organise pick ups/drop offs etc and made everything so easy for us. Although the buildings are older, they are equipped with everything you need, the setting is lovely and everything is so clean. Our stay here was such a lovely experience and we are so glad we chose this place over the others. We would love to return one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing location, super friendly hosts and community in Tuai! My room was extremely warm, really felt like home. My hosts had also prepared a continental breakfast which was really appreciated. I highly recommend staying at Lake Waikaremoana Lodge to any traveller heading that way.
