About Old Wharf Lookout
Hobsonville Point is situated roughly halfway between Albany and Westgate on State Highway 18. It’s easily accessible via the Northern or North Western motorways and takes about 20 minutes from the CBD off-peak. From the Northern motorway (SH 1) take the Squadron Drive off-ramp. From the North Western take the Brigham Creek exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nicely laid out lookout point. Reached by the Hobsonvile Point Coastal Walkway.
Kept nice and tidy. Safe railings for young kids and dogs.
Good, unobstructed views of the motorway and the Harbour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very beautiful and in the same hidden gem of Hobsonville Point walk. You can see the harbour and locally parked yachts as well partly visible harbour around Herald Island. It does gets a little bit busy during weekend but it's very quite during work week.
