★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hit and miss for haircuts in my experience. I've visited repeatedly and have experienced both good and bad haircuts and customer service. However my last haircut was so bad I will never visit again. Three stars because okay is pretty much it most of the time. Not bad, not good, just okay overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was left waiting without acknowledgement for 15 mins waiting for my appointment, then a lady came to say they were running late and would be another 20mins. To add insult to injury they then charged me $95 to wash and straighten my hair and left me running half an hour late to my other appointments that day. Would not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I set them a tough challenge with grey hair. They rose to the task and the end foil result blended perfectly with my natural colour. Exceptionally talented, friendly and fitted me in immediately. A very positive experience.

New salon said my hair was over processed & colour didn’t match & cut was layered on one side only & longer on one side than the other. When I went into Rodney Wayne it felt like the stylist really didnt want to do my hair & I could see the Manager asking her to do it. I should of walked away then. Overpriced & poor job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really recommend Rebecca, my experience with a short haircut was always positive. She came up with the style when I wanted to go shorter from shoulder length hair and then modified it when I had some other ideas. She was always careful and cut exactly as much hair as necessary. I have been to a couple of other ladies here as well with shoulder length hair and that was good too.
