He even gave me a free bonus, installed a glass screen protector. This shows a company that will go above & beyond customer care, well done to the Tech on duty 12.02.21 you a treasure to the company. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner came here to repair the cracked screen on his iPhone. When he got the phone back the screen was fixed but the touch sense wasn’t working so he couldn’t use it. He took it back, they didn’t want to take responsibility at the beginning but eventually agreed to redo the repair job. Phone worked fine awhile but now has the same issue with screen sensor not working. We know have to go somewhere else and pay again for something we’ve already paid for.

Took it back just to help unlock because I didn’t have a MacBook to do it easily and the guy quoted my dad $59+gst on phone, in person said $89*gst. Said that it would be $103 to my mum when she picked up and she said that most other places charge between $30-60. He said he will drop charge to $80.
I feel they make up prices when they see you. It’s crazy that a ten minute job unlocking the phone would cost more than they charged to fix it completely.
