Staff are always kind and go the extra mile.
Definitely worth getting the extra insurance and warranties as in my experience they have always honoured the warranties and the repairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service from the manager. Bought extended care warranty and was not able to exchange higher price item unless paying more marketing money for it ( which was actually wrong information from the manager after 1 hour argument)
Balabalabalala from the manager, no solution after 1 hour !! and ended up being told to call online claim centre myself.
Wasted time and get nothing done in the store!! Plus felt embarrassed while standing in the store counter in the public and had to argue with the manager.
Online team person was even better than store manager! One call with less than 10 mins, things sorted!

One the staff member was "helping" they were not helpful at all and actually said do you want to buy it or not after asking about 2 questions about the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I know there’s covid & isolation, but these guys & their customer care use it as an excuse. I purchased a samsung dryer on the 10th mar which was in stock only had to be sent to the papakura store. I was told it will be done within the week & I would be contacted as soon as it get there for collection. 3 weeks later, only when I follow up with so many calls to botany, papakura & finally customer care I am told oops sorry due to covid your item was not sent. I gave a decent amount of time, 2 weeks over the promised date of collection to make sure the staff dont feel stressed, everyone’s working hard, times are tough. But guess what I get a massive attitude for their mistake of not transferring the stock, not contacting me either for all the 3 weeks. I guess its very reasonable to expect to have it delivered for their blunder- the stock will still be sent to papakura & I live a few kms from the store papakura. Shame on you guys, I opted for collection as we had a friend living with us for the 2 weeks when you promised the pickup date but of course everyone’s life needs to move on even if you dont behave professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn’t my first but practically every time we come here, we are greeted negligently staff that treat us like a parasite. We wait around for a staff to assist us only to be disregarded by many. Low stock on practically every item with no clear indication of when new one arrives. I give it 2 stars for the knowledge in tech from the staff. If this wasn’t our nearest tech store, i’d never come here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful. Bought a printer two days ago and spent 2 hours with the HP help desk as there was an error. HP were awesome btw. Come in to replace. No stock and seems to be a massive drama to get a credit. Manager became aggressive when I explained all I wanted was my right under the consumer guarantees act. It’s a $300 printer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst customer experience I'd received for sometime. Unfortunately the product wasn't available from their nearest competitor. The staff did not make me feel welcome, but almost as if I was an inconvenience to them. This attitude meant that their welcoming competitor got my business for another large appliance (about 3 times the value). This is not the first experience like this I've had at this store. I would not recommend shopping here if you can avoid it.
