★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such poor service from this branch, mind you the helpdesk hasn't been much help either, my phone has been on repairs for a total of 9 weeks, I've been promised calls and emails for updates, but nothing.
I'm expected to pay $180 a month for something i don't have...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good attention to me as the customer by Zahin. Took some time though to sort out Broadband install scope and dates. Good customer service to deal with billing and continuation of services, but outcome was very acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: previously the store was helpful, however as soon as there was an issue.. I was bounced between store, call center and back to the store for replacement which never happened. Now I'm waiting on repairs to a faulty product
