Despite not knowing whether I would actually end up listing with her, she still provided me with all the assistance I needed to navigate what seemed like a minefield.
I did end up listing with her and I will always be grateful for that.
She was patient, persistent, kind and tactful despite dealing with a very stressed vendor!
As a result of the hard work she put in, I was able to obtain a great price for my property.
Close to settlement, I was unwell and not in a position to finish up at the property so she, her husband and son stepped in to help get the deal ‘across the line’.
I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Sandy and her team to anyone needing a sale. She’s a top notch lady and saleswoman.
