★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with my recent experience, I have to say I have had no trouble with you guys until i asked for my bond to be returned which should have been done and lodged to tenancy services within a week , instead after endless email , a few phone calls with the agent and staff manager , and even recently to try and get in touch with the branch manager but no explanation or response as to why it took 2 months to complete a simple task that requires 5 minutes at most. Too many discrepancies and may be even lies were presented but no actual explanation , to this day after nearly 3 months i still haven't received my bond back. Very very unprofessional and double standards at work , especially when you guys demand the rent and fees to paid on the day we would really expect the same effort from your side too. Very unpleasant experience even the branch manager didn't care to respond to the issue , I will be filing a formal complaint with evidence to the REAA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We both visited and called this location on multiple occasions. The receptionist was awesome! However, the real estate agents are a joke. I can see how they have no listings, as every time we tried to schedule a viewing, they either didn't come about or they were cancelled. No one called to apologize or to assist us further. We attempted too many times, only to be left with an empty basket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivienne Zhan was our property manager and it took 6 weeks to receive our bond refund and overpaid rent - her excuse was that she was waiting for our water bill but we had overpaid rent sitting in their trust account. She ended our fixed term and then said that the owner was selling but this was untrue as it was relisted for rent less then a week later after we moved out. It was only so they could rent the property at a higher rate. We always paid our rent on time and kept the property well. Uplifting our family during such a hard year has been difficult. After waiting so long we had to talk to Kim Bloom and Suzanne to get our money back. We are so thankful that our new rental home we moved into has a great landlord and our experiences previously with Crocker's always went well too. It has been a true disappointment with Barfoot Greenlane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophia Sun from Barfoot Greenlane is the most unprofessional, unethical and rude real estate agent we've dealt with. She has no responsibility when selling a property to you and cancels purchase agreements like it's none of your business. It legit happened to us and we've lost our dream home because of her (she owns the property). We paid her the money as per the agreement on time but greed took over and she terminated the contract, without any notice.
If Sophia finds a better deal than yours, she won't pick your calls or respond to your messages. And she lies to you about her phone not working, about she unable to hear you and so on.
We DO NOT recommend her to anyone and would rather warn people to be careful before dealing with her.
