★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say the staff Triney was very helpful and did patently sat with me and solved all my queries ( Apple ID, Gmail, apps etc ). I did went to few other places like vodafone and a tech shop they couldn’t resolve my issue. Thank you for all the help and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Airpods is in warranty still staff need $60.00 if there is any physical or liquid damage, I called Apple call center and they gave me free replacement straight away, I truly recommend first contact call center before contact them.
Disappointed!!

After trusting them with my Apple device, not only was I lied to and left in the dark with no updates for 5 weeks, but I was also denied my request to have my device back to try my luck elsewhere, even though they still had it with them in store and had not sent it off yet. For 5 weeks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I say avoid this place if you can.

Specially with the lack of empathy and blatant unwillingness to help.
And changing stories on what happened with my Device while it was getting diagnosed.
One team member apologized for a mistake that was made. And then the other one tried to tell me no mistakes were made.
I don't particularly appreciate being lied to.
Very disappointed that this is the only apple reseller is in Hamilton that I can deal with because I'd rather choose a different store.

The technician who helped me was incredible he retrieved everything and I now have a restored computer.
Outstanding service. Time was given to hp me reinstall software. The price was amazing.
